This month, we're introducing a revamped Reviews experience with improved markup, summaries, and document comparison.

Smarter Markup and Comments

Each flagged issue now includes redlines and suggested comments, separate language for counterparties and clients and full edit control before applying changes. We've also seen our "suggestion acceptance rate" improve from 30% to 52%, meaning that you'll see more relevant suggestions significantly more often.

Search Across Review Items

Use the new search bar to find specific terms. This is great for jumping to key topics like “termination” or “indemnity.”

Substantive Document Comparison

Find subtance differences between documents, even if the documents are based on different forms. This is particularly useful for comparing 3rd party paper to a familiar precedent.
