Spellbook's August Product Spotlight

We released eight updates across the Spellbook product suite, including Playbooks inside Associate, a new review experience, and a ton of other great upgrades across the platform.

So with that, let's get into it.

Playbooks in Associate (Early Access)

Playbooks now run inside Associate, so you can enforce your team's standards on every contract no matter where you're reviewing.

Comprehensive Review (Early Access)

Comprehensive Review flags contract risks, proofreads the doc, and runs your Playbook in a single click. Your team gets a complete review on every contract with results that are easier to scan, sort, and act on.

Google Docs Add-in

Spellbook's Google Docs Add-In is now generally available, so every team that reviews and negotiates contracts there can do it without switching tools or exporting files.

Chat Compaction

Associate now summarizes previous messages as chats get long, letting conversations run almost indefinitely so longer chats are much faster.

Restore Deleted Playbooks

You can now find and restore any deleted Playbook from the "Archived" section under the Playbooks page in the Word add-in.

Infographics in Associate (Early Access)

Associate can now generate infographics. All you have to do is prompt it with "make me an infographic," ask it to refine the design if needed, and then download it as HTML or a PNG file. 

Playbook Fallback Enhancements

Fallback positions in Playbooks now support nested comments, preferred language, and approver labels so they're cleaner to build and escalations are easier to spot.

Associate Editing Improvements

You can now resize the editing pane (and it remembers your setting), download all project documents as a .zip file, go full-screen with the editor in one click, and switch between docs using a dropdown at the top of the page.
